Adults take 1 bottle a day after breakfast. Dilute it in a glass of water or fruit juice, or drink it straight from the bottle.
The duration of use is 12 days, after which a break of 1 month is required. If necessary, the course can be repeated after the break.
Store: in original package in dry, cool (<25°C) place away from direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children.

Avoid if allergic to salicylate derivatives, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, menthol, or if there’s a known cross-allergy to the Asteraceae plant family.
